Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro surpasses previous generation’s full-day sales in 10 minutes

Xiaomi introduced the Civi 4 Pro smartphone in China last week. Today, the brand held the device’s first sale, and shortly after becoming available for purchase, Xiaomi announced that it had received an incredible market response.

According to Xiaomi, the sales of the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro surpassed the entire day’s sales of the previous generation (Xiaomi Civi 3) by a remarkable 200 precent within just 10 minutes of its first sale. The major highlight of the Civi 4 Pro is that it features the world’s first third-generation Snapdragon 8s chipset and comes equipped with Leica professional optics.

The Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro comes in three options in China, such as 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage, and 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. The prices of these variants are 2,999 Yuan ($415), 3,299 Yuan ($460), and 3,599 Yuan ($500), respectively. It comes in shades, such as black, pink, blue, and green.

In terms of specifications, the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro offers a 6.55-inch AMOLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 3,000 nits of brightness. It has a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip, LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, and a 4,700mAh battery with 67W fast charging.

The device has a 32-megapixel + 32-megapixel dual selfie camera system. On the back, it has a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom.

In related news, the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro is expected to be released in India with the Xiaomi 14 Civi moniker. It seems that other markets will not see the release of the device.
