Xiaomi has officially confirmed that the company’s upcoming Xiaomi Mi 10 flagship will be the first in the world to debut with the Snapdragon 865 SoC.
This came shortly after Qualcomm announced their next generation’s Snapdragon 865 flagship SoC during the ongoing Snapdragon Technology Submit.
Previously, the Lenovo Z6 Pro GT was the first smartphone to be launched with Snapdragon 855 SoC. However, we haven’t been hearing much from Lenovo this year after they launched A6 Note and K10 Note in India.
Besides being the first to arrive with Snapdragon 865 SoC, we do expect the upcoming Mi 10 to come with some revolutionary features as well.
Perhaps, we will see the same 108 megapixels Samsung ISOCELL Bright HMX sensor on the device, but with new software tweaks to buff up it’s camera capability.
Similarly, it may even features their in-house 100W fast-charging technology which is capable of filling a 4,000mAh battery in just 17 minutes.
Without a doubt, the Mi 10 will also be able to support 5G connectivity in both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) modes similar to the upcoming Redmi K30 5G.
