Xiaomi Mi 10i Could be Rebranded Version of Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite for India

Last year, Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi Mi 10 Note as the world’s first phone with 108-megapixel penta-lens camera system. The handset was expected to arrive in India, but the rumors did not come true. In April, the company announce the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite in European markets. The handset that debuted as a weaker version of the Mi Note 10 is yet to arrive in India. According to tipster, the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite is coming to India with a different name of Xiaomi Mi 10i.

The leakster has shared a screenshot of a code that reveals some details on the Xiaomi Mi 10i. In the screengrab, the Mi Note 10 Lite that has an AI quad camera setup with 64-megapixel main camera is mentioned with its “toco” codename. The next line has the Indian version of the phone mentioned with “tocoin” codename.

The same line carries the text “Shot on Mi 10i” and its further states that it has a 64-megapixel AI quad camera. Hence, it can be said that the Xiaomi Mi 10 Note Lite could be rebranded as Xiaomi Mi 10i.

While the Redmi branded phones are immensely popular in India, Xiaomi’s Mi series that mainly features high-end phones have failed to attract the Indian crowd. This year the company launched the Xiaomi Mi 10 phone in India, and it seems that the company may soon announce the Xiaomi Mi 10i phone in the country.

Xiaomi Mi 10i Specifications (Rumored)
