This year, Xiaomi announced the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro flagship phones in February. There are speculations that the Chinese firm may launch the successor Mi 11 series in January next. The lineup is expected to include the MI 11 and Mi 11 Pro flagship phones. A recent leak had revealed the display details of the Mi 11 Pro model. Today, a Chinese tipster shared a few key details of the phone’s rear-facing cameras.
The tipster seems to have seen the engineering unit of the high-end variant of the Mi 11 series. Hence, he could not share any information on the camera arrangement of the Mi 11 Pro. However, he revealed the camera setup is led by a 50-megapixel camera that supports 4-in-1-pixel binning technology.
He further revealed that the camera module includes a 12-megapixel telephoto lens. He is unsure whether it is really a 12-megapixel camera or a 48-megapixel lens that offers 4-in-1-pixel binning. While he managed to reveal the camera details of the MI 11 Pro, he is unsure of the about the Mi 11’s cameras.
Previous reports have revealed that the Mi 11 Pro will be the first phone from the brand to arrive with a quad resolution supporting display. It is speculated that the phone will be housing a dual-edge curved display with a punch-hole at the top left corner.
The display is expected to arrive with support for 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The display is expected to arrive with support for MEMC, real-time SDR to HR and video super resolution.
