Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro camera details revealed; offers up to 10X hybrid zoom and 50X digital zoom

Xiaomi will officially announce their latest Mi CC9 Pro device in China on November 5th, next month. In the global market, this device is expected to arrive as the Mi Note 10.

While we already know that the Mi CC9 Pro will feature a penta camera setup with an insane 108 megapixels main snapper, but there is still little information on the other four sensors.

However, that’s not the case anymore. Earlier today, Xiaomi has unveiled all the details we need to know about the penta camera setup on the upcoming Mi CC9 Pro.

First and foremost, the first lens (from top-to-bottom) is apparently a periscope lens which is capable of offering up to 5X optical zoom, 10X hybrid zoom and an incredible 50X digital zoom. This will put the device on par with the Huawei P30 Pro and OPPO Reno 10X Zoom in terms of it’s zooming capabilities.

Moving on, the second lens will be a 12 megapixels, 1.4 micro meter classic portrait lens for portrait shots. Located below it, is none other than the 108MP Samsung ISOCELL Bright HMX.

Not surprisingly, the forth lens will be a 20 megapixels ultrawide lens which offers an impressive 117 degrees field of view. Finally, located below the ultrawide lens will be a macro lens for optimizing extremely close-up shots.
