Earlier today, a leaked hands-on video to the reveal the black colored Mi Max 3. Now, the same smartphone has appeared in gold. Like the black model, the gold variant also features a protective plastic layer on the display on which its key features are mentioned.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 appears like a larger version of the Xiaomi Mi 6X because the handset houses a massive 18:9 aspect ratio screen and a vertical dual camera setup. It also houses a rear-mounted fingerprint reader. The key features that are mentioned on the protective plastic film reveals that the handset houses a 6.9-inch display that offers an aspect ratio of 18:9. It is equipped with 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera setup. A 5,500mAh battery will be powering the smartphone. The massive battery is expected to carry support for fast charging.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 is expected to arrive with features like Snapdragon 636, 8-megapixel front camera, RAM variants like 3 GB, 4 GB and 6 GB and storage editions like 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB. Rumors have it that Xiaomi may also debut an advanced smartphone called Mi Max 3 Pro that may include specs like Snapdragon 710, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. There is no information on the launch date and pricing of the Mi Max 3.
