In the previous month, Xiaomi President Lin Bin had confirmed that the company will be announcing the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 flagship phone in October. Moreover, he had also shared the first photo of the smartphone to confirm on its design. It appears that the company will be revealing the launch date of the Mi MIX 3 tomorrow since it has now confirmed through Weibo it will be announcing something tomorrow.
It is speculated that the Xiaomi will be also launching the Mi Note 4 smartphone alongside the Mi MIX 3 smartphone. A leaked poster that had surfaced in the recent past had claimed that Xiaomi will be announcing both the devices on Oct. 15. Probably, the company could be confirming the same launch date tomorrow.
Nothing is known on the specifications of the Mi Note 4. What’s known about it is that it will be featuring a dedicated hardware button for using the Xiao AI assistant like the Mi MIX 3. Since the Mi MIX 3 is expected to sport flagship phones, it is very likely to feature the Snapdragon 845. The major change that is expected to arrive on the Mi MIX 3 is its design. The smartphone will be sporting a manual slider design which means all the components like front camera, 3D facial scanner sensors and other sensors will be present on the slider of the phone. The handset is also tipped to arrive with an in-screen fingerprint reader.
