Xiaomi is all set to launch the hotly anticipated Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 flagship during the upcoming massive launch event on August 10th, where the company is also expected to unveil a brand new Mi Pad 5 series tablets along with some other IoT products.
Ahead of the Mi Mix 4’s launch, the device has checked through Geekbench along with some of it’s official specs which give us a good idea on what to expect on this upcoming powerhouse.
Based on it’s Geekbench listing, the upcoming Mi Mix 4 will indeed be powered by the latest Snapdragon 888+ mobile platform which offers slightly better performance than it’s SD888 counterpart.
Since the phone is launching ahead of the Honor Magic 3 series, it’s safe to say that the forthcoming Mi Mix 4 will be the first smartphone in the world to be equipped with the new silicon.
Other than revealing it’s underlying chipset, the same listing also confirmed that the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 will be launched with 12GB RAM and Android 11 out of the box. Despite that, we do expect to see additional RAM variants like 8GB at launch.
Besides being the first adopter of the new SD888+ chipset, another key highlight of the Mi Mix 4 is none other than it’s revolutionary under-display selfie camera which is said to be equipped with the best UDC display solution at the moment.
