Xiaomi had already confirmed earlier this week that the company will launching the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra flagships during the upcoming March 29th launch event. Now, the company dropped another bombshell announcing that the renowned Mi MIX series smartphone will be making its come back during the upcoming launch event as well.
Although Xiaomi has yet to reveal any details regarding the device, but the new Mi Mix series device is expected to be a foldable smartphone that adopts an inward folding design just like the Galaxy Fold and the newly announced Huawei Mate X2.
This device, which reportedly carries the model number M2011J18C, was also recently spotted on TENAA which revealed that the device will be coming with a hefty 12GB+256GB and 16GB+256GB memory configurations.
Other than that, previous reports had also suggested that the upcoming Mi Mix foldable smartphone could feature an 8.03” inner display (when the phone is extended) which supports a smooth 90Hz/ 120Hz refresh rate. The secondary display on the other hand, is tipped to measure around 6.38”.
Keeping in mind that the Mi Mix foldable smartphone is a high-end flagship, its also likely to arrive with the latest Snapdragon 888 chipset as well as an ultra-fast charging solution.
