During an online launch event today, Xiaomi has officially announced the highly-anticipated Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite mid-ranger smartphone. Unlike its Note 10 and Note 10 Pro sibling, this device will not be featuring a penta-camera setup, but instead it will only have four cameras at the back. However, it is the most affordable model among the trio.
Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite Specifications
Starting with the front, the device will tout a 6.47-inches FHD+ AMOLED display which has a dewdrop-notch that houses a 16 megapixels selfie camera. Moreover, its front panel will also come with HDR10 support and has a layer of Corning Gorilla 5 Glass atop to shield it against accidental drops. As usual, it will be integrated within an in-display fingerprint sensor as well.
Over at the back, there is some redesign to its camera module which houses a quad-camera array comprising of a 64 megapixels Sony IMX686 main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens, 5 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor. Besides downgrading its main and ultra-wide cameras, the telephoto lens found in the Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro will be absent on the Mi Note 10 Lite.
In terms of internals, the Mi Note 10 Lite will be driven by an octa-core Snapdragon 730G platform paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage. Other notable features include the availability of the 3.5mm headphone jack and Type-C port located at the bottom of the device.
To keep its lights on, there is a gargantuan 5,260mAh battery under the hood which is capable of supporting up to 30W fast-charging. On the software-side, it will run on the MIUI 11 based on Android 10. No doubt, it will be up gradable to MIUI 12 in the near future as well.

Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pricing
In terms of pricing, the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite will be priced at 349 Euro (US$379) and 399 Euro (US$433) respectively for its 6GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB models.
