In June, Xiaomi had launched the Mi Pad 4 tablet. Today, it has announced the arrival of Mi Pad 4 Plus which features a larger display and a bigger battery compared to the regular version.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus houses a 10.1-inch Full HD display whereas the Mi Pad 4 has an 8-inch Full HD screen. Both the tablets support 16:10 aspect ratio. Compared to the 6,000mAh battery present inside the regular version, the Mi Pad 4 Plus model features a behemoth battery of 8,620mAh capacity. Both the devices are enabled with 5V/2A charging.
The Mi Pad 4 Plus comes in LTE version that includes other connectivity features like Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0 and GPS. The two variants of the Mi Pad 4 Plus are 64 GB storage + 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage + 4 GB RAM. Both models are respectively priced at 1,899 Yuan (~$275) and 2,099 Yuan ($305).
Rest of the specs of the Mi Pad 4 Plus are same as the regular version of the tablet. Hence, the Plus model features Snapdragon 660 SoC, 13-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus is now available on reservations in China. On Aug. 16, the company will start with its sales from 10:00 AM through its offline and online channels.
