The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is one of the most awaited budget smartphones of this year as it is speculated to arrive with full screen design. The specifications and pricing of the Redmi Note 5 has been revealed through Redmi Note 5’s listing on OppoMart.
According to OppoMart’s listing of Redmi Note 5, the smartphone features a 5.99-inch display that carries support for full HD+ resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. The display of the Note 5 is expected to deliver an aspect ratio of 18:9. The Snapdragon 625 chipset will be powering the smartphone. The Chinese retailer has added the following image of the phone on Redmi Note 5’s page.
The 32 GB and 64 GB Redmi Note 5 models will respectively feature 3 GB and 4 GB of RAM. It has a rear camera of 12-megapixel and a front-facing camera of 5-megapixel. It includes a 4,000mAh battery. The handset will be preinstalled with Android 7.1 Nougat OS that will be customized with MIUI 9 skin.
Redmi Note 5’s OppoMart listing states that the dimensions of the Redmi Note 5 are 158.5 x 75.5 x 8.05mm and its weight is 179 grams. Other features of the smartphone include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and dual-SIM support through hybrid SIM slot.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 page has been taken down. However, the listing had revealed that it has a price tag of $199. We advise our readers to take this report with a pinch of salt.
