Xiaomi has introduced the Redmi Note 6 Pro smartphone in Indonesia as the successor of the Redmi Note 5 phone. The rear side of the smartphone resembles it predecessor, but the frontside of the phone features a notched screen. Moreover, it is equipped with dual front-facing cameras and dual rear-mounted cameras.
The Redmi Note 6 Pro is fitted with a 6.26-inch IPS LCD display that carries support for Full HD+ resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19:9. Under the hood of the phone is the Snapdragon 636 SoC.
Indonesia has received the smartphone in two flavors such as 32 GB storage + 3 GB RAM and 64 GB storage + 4 GB RAM. The notch of the phone features 20-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera setup which also functions as face unlock feature. The back panel of the phone features 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera setup. It is equipped with 4,000mAh battery. The Android 8.1 Oreo OS is preinstalled on the smartphone.
The Redmi Note 6 Pro has arrived in flavors such as Black, Blue and Rose Gold in Indonesia. The 32 GB and 64 GB editions of the smartphone are respectively priced at Rp. 2,899,000 (~$196) and Rp. 3,299,000 (~$223).
