Xiaomi had recently unveiled the Redmi Note 6 Pro smartphone in Thailand. It is yet to arrive in other markets. According to an Indian tipster, India could be one of the next markets to receive the handset. The company may aim to launch it in India during the Diwali festival season which is around at the end of the first week of November. The tipster has shared the storage and color variants of the Redmi Note 6 Pro for India.
The leakster has revealed that the Redmi Note 6 Pro will be coming in colors like Rose Gold, Black, Blue and Red color editions. The variants of the smartphone that are expected to release in India include 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage. The Chinese manufacturer did not release 6 GB RAM variant in Thailand. Instead of it, the country had received 3 GB RAM + 32 GB storage edition of the phone.
Specs-wise, the Redmi Note 6 Pro is not very different from the Redmi Note 5 Pro. One major change that is available on the Note 6 Pro is the inclusion of a notched screen of 6.26 inches. The Snapdragon 636 chipset powers the smartphone. It is equipped with 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera setup. It has a front-facing camera of 20-megapixel. It is packed with a 4,000mAh battery.
