Yesterday, we reported that Chinese telecommunication giant ZTE will soon be launching a new smartphone known as the ZTE Blade V30 in the global market. But before that happens, the company has also silently announced a new entry-level smartphone known as the ZTE Blade A31 in the Russian market.
The ZTE Blade A31 features a 5.45” LCD display that offers a HD+ screen resolution and 60Hz refresh rate. It comes with a huge bezel above the front display which houses a 5 megapixels selfie camera.
At the back of the phone, it has a small rectangular camera module which is home to a single 8 megapixels shooter as well as a LED flash. Sad to say, the ZTE Blade A31 doesn’t comes with a fingerprint scanner this time round.
Under the hood, it’s powered by an octa-core Unisoc SC9863A chipset that will be paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage which can be further expanded via a microSD card.
Keeping it’s lights on will be a 3,000mAh battery which lacks of fast-charging support. On the software-side, the phone is shipped with Android 11 (Go Edition) out of the box.
In the Russian market, the ZTE Blade A31 will be priced at RUB7,490 (US$100) for it’s sole 2GB+32GB variant. For those who’re interested, the device is available in both Blue and Black color options.
