Asus is expected to hold a launch event in Philippines on Aug. 17 and a global unveil event on Aug. 19 to debut the ZenFone 4 series smartphones. The ZenFone 4 Selfie is a selfie-centric smartphone that has been already found listed on the official site. The official listing has revealed that it will be coming in two editions called ZenFone 4 Selfie and ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro. The former has been now found listed on TENAA.
The TENAA listing has revealed that the ASUS ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro comes with a 5.5-inch full display. It measures 154.02 x 74.83 x 7mm and its weight is 145 grams. It will be coming in RAM variants of 3 GB and 4 GB and it will be available in multiple storage choices of 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB. The Snapdragon 430 chipset that features a 2.0 GHz processor powers the ZenFone 4 Selfie.
The ZenFone 4 Selfie has a dual rear camera setup that includes a 20-megapixel sensor and an 8-megapixel sensor. The rear side of the phone features a 16-megapixel snapper. It is packed with a 2,900mAh battery to keep the lights on. The ZenFone 4 Selfie is expected to be available with a beginning price tag of 299 euros (~$350).
