The Google Pixel XL which was first unveiled back in October last year seems to already have a successor inline after its second generation’s model had been spotted on GFXbench earlier today. Of course, the specs we saw on the listing may not be the finalize specs which we will be seeing in the near future as the company may probably be benchmarking its prototype.
That being said, they do provide us with some heads up on what to expect from the upcoming Pixel XL 2 as well. According to the listing, the Pixel XL 2 will be coming with a huge 5.6″ QHD display along with 4GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage space under its memory compartment. Similar to its predecessor, the Pixel XL 2 also features a 12MP main snapper at the back as well as a 8MP front-facing camera for selfies. According to rumors, the device is expected to run on the Snapdragon 835 SoC, even though there is also a possibility that the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 836 SoC which is purported to make its debut on the new Galaxy Note 8.
Whatever it is, do take this with just a pinch of salt until we have more concrete details nearer to the unveiling date.
