Moto Z3 Play’s Fresh Render Reveals Glass Body, Dual Camera

Now that Lenovo-owned Motorola has launched the Moto G6 and Moto E5 series of smartphones, the company now seems to be busy with the preparations to unveil the Moto Z3 series. A fresh render of the Moto Z3 Play has appeared today. It reveals some new features that will be arriving on it.

As it can be seen in the new image, the Moto Z3 Play seems to be sporting a glass body along with a full screen design at the front. The upper bezel of the phone has selfie camera and its flash along with an earpiece. The home button found on the predecessor Z2 Play is missing from the chin of Z3 Play. The right side of the phone has volume up and down buttons and the slightly larger depression that follows could be the side-mounted fingerprint reader.

The circular camera housing features a dual camera setup. The bottom area of the rear panel has the same 16-pin connector that can be found on Z2 Play. Hence, it carries support for Moto Mods accessories.

As rumor have revealed, the Moto Z3 Play is expected to arrive with an 18:9 aspect ratio screen of 6.1 inches. The Snapdragon 636 SoC will power the phone along with 4 GB of RAM. Some regions may receive 64 GB model while others may get 32 GB variant. It is speculated to feature 12-megapixel + 8-megapixel dual camera system and a front-facing camera of 5-megapixel. It may receive power from 3,000mAh battery.
