In May, well-known leakster named Steve Hemmerstoffer had revealed that the Moto X4 would be debuting on Aug. 24. Motorola has confirmed through a launch invitation that there will be an unveil event on Aug. 24 starting at 10 AM in Sau Paulo, Brazil. It appears that the company may unveil the Moto X4 smartphone at the upcoming launch event.
The Moto X4 will be coming with a 5.2-inch FHD screen and it will be either driven by Snapdragon 630. The SoC of the phone will be coming with 4 GB of RAM. It is rumored to come with a native storage of 32 GB. A 3,000mAh battery is expected to power the smartphone.
The Moto X4 is expected to arrive with a IP68 certified chassis. The rear side of the smartphone is expected to feature a dual rear camera module featuring a 12-megapixel sensor and an 8-megapixel sensor. The frontside of the phone is pegged to come with a 16-megapixel selfie snapper. Another leakster, Roland Quandt has claimed that the Moto X4 would be priced around 350 euros (~$411).
Early rumors have also revealed that the Moto X4 will be supporting Project Fi in the U.S. that will allow its users to easily switch between different networks of different carriers of the country as well as Wi-Fi hotspot. It is expected to come in three color choices.
