Sony is expected to debut several smartphones at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 in February next year. The entire specifications of the Sony H8216 phone has appeared in the last week. Moreover, the Sony H8266 phone has been also spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking site. A freshly leaked image shows that the Sony H8216 and Sony H8266 could be the two variants of the alleged Sony Xperia XZ2.
The above image shows that the Sony H8216 phone has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. It is powered by a 3,210mAh battery. On the other hand, the Sony H8266 includes 6 GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage and 3,240mAh battery. Both the models are powered by Snapdragon 845 chipset and are running on Android 8.1 Oreo. These phones will be also equipped with external storage slot.
The Sony H8216/H8266 phone has a screen of 5.48 inches. The Triluminos display is coupled with X-Reality image processing engine. It will be protected by Corning Glass 5. The handset will be sporting an IP65/68 certified chassis. The leak does not reveal any information on the camera specifications of these phones. However, recent reports have suggested that the alleged Sony Xperia XZ2 would be fitted with dual rear cameras.
