Xiaomi is heavily rumored to announce the Redmi Note 5 with full screen design before the end of the year. Today, the company has released a new teaser on the Redmi Phone Weibo account. The Weibo post is asking Redmi fans to enter the feature that the company will be making available to users soon. Most of the people have replied to the post with “full screen” as the answer.
The inclusion of an image of a full screen design phone in a post by official Redmi Phone Weibo account suggest that it could the first teaser for the alleged Redmi Note 5 that is rumored to feature a full screen design. The Weibo post claims that the correct answer will be provided tomorrow.
Previous reports have revealed that the Redmi Note 5 would be arriving with a 5.99-inch display that may support a resolution of 2,160 x 1,080 pixels. It is rumored to be driven by 2 GHz octa-core processor. Some rumors claim that it may feature Snapdragon 625 chipset and there are other reports that claim that it may house Snapdragon 630/636 SoC.
The base model of the Redmi Note 5 may feature 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. The higher configuration model may have 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. It is likely to include an internal storage of 128 GB. It may arrive with a rear camera of 12-megaepixel. The frontside of the phone may feature a 5-megapixel selfie snapper.
