Vivo V9 will be launching on March 27 as a successor for the Vivo V7 smartphone. Before it arrives in India, the handset is expected to get unveiled in Thailand first on March 22. The entire specs of the phone have surfaced through an online retailer along with its pricing. Also, the fresh images have also emerged to reveal the Vivo V9 in real skin.
Fresh information reveals that the Vivo V9 is fitted with a 6-inch AMOLED display that offers screen resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. It offers an aspect ratio of 19:9 as it features a notched display like the iPhone X. The Snapdragon 660 chipset which is said to be the next chipset after the Snapdragon 835 will be powering the Vivo V9. The SoC is accompanied by 4 GB of RAM. It has an internal storage of 64 GB.

The rear side of the phone houses a dual camera setup featuring a 12-megapixel sensor and an 8-megapixel sensor. The Android 8.0 Oreo flavored with latest FunTouch OS 4.0 will be available preloaded on the V9. The handset is fueled by 3,250mAh battery.
The handset features a metallic body that measures 155.9 x 75.2 x 7.2 mm and it weighs 159 grams. It will be available in Indonesia with a pricing of IDR 4,999,000 (~$363).
