Samsung has confirmed that it will be launching the new Galaxy M series smartphones in India on Jan. 28. Rumors have it that the Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20 could be the first Galaxy M phones to debut on the said date. The entire specifications of the Galaxy M20 along with schematics have surfaced on SlashLeaks.
The information on the specs and schematics of the Galaxy M20 has been leaked from the official Samsung CS Portal site. It reveals that the Galaxy M20 measures 156.4 x 74.5 x 8.8mm and it weighs 183 grams. It houses an In-CEL IPS LCD panel of 6.3 inches which features a waterdrop notch. It carries support for full HD+ resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels.
The backside of the Galaxy M20 features a dual camera setup which includes a 13-megpaixel mains sensor with f/1.9 aperture and support for up to 4x digital zoom and 5-megapixel secondary sensor with f/2.2 aperture. The leaked information does not have any information on the front camera, chipset, RAM and battery of the Galaxy M20.
Rumors are rife that the Exynos 7904 chipset will be powering the Galaxy M20 with 4 GB of RAM. It will have an inbuilt storage of 64 GB. It will be the first Samsung phone to feature a huge battery of 5,000mAh capacity. It is likely to feature a USB-C port for fast charging.
