Vivo’s Chinese website has a new listing for the Vivo Y89 smartphone. The handset is available for purchase through AliExpress with an affordable price tag of 1,598 Yuan ($235).
Vivo Y89 Specifications and Features
The Vivo Y89 feature a plastic that sports a thin profile of 7.8mm. The device weighs only 149.3 grams. The smartphone is equipped with a 6.26-inch IPS LCD panel that supports full HD+ resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels.
The Snapdragon 626 chipset, 4 GB of RAM and 3,260mAh battery fuels the Vivo Y89 smartphone. It does not carry support for fast charging. The internal storage available on the Vivo Y89 is 64 GB. For additional storage, there is a microSD card slot.
The Vivo Y89 will come preinstalled with FunTouch OS based Android 8.1 Oreo OS. The back panel of the phone features a dual camera system which includes f/1.8 aperture 16-megapixel main sensor that is assisted by f/2.0 aperture 2-megapixel secondary sensor. For snapping selfies, the front notch of the phone is equipped with a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
The Vivo Y89 is now listed on AliExpress with a price tag of 1,598 Yuan ($235). The handset is available in gradient color Aurora Purple and Black Gold. There is no word on the international availability of the Vivo Y89.
