In the previous week, MediaTek had launched the Helio G90 and Helio G90T gaming chipsets. Soon after the launch, Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing had confirmed that the company will be launching a Helio G90T powered smartphone in this month. Now, a new Xiaomi phone that has a model number M1906G7T has appeared on the database of TENAA. It could be the first Helio G90T powered gaming phone from Redmi.
Nothing is known on the specifications of the Redmi Helio G90T smartphone. However, it is speculated that it could be equipped with a 64-megapixel quad camera setup. The TENAA listing of the M1906G7T has no information on its specifications. Hopefully, it may appear with full specifications on TENAA’s website in the coming days and may get official by the end of this month.
The Helio G90T is an octa-core chipset that includes six cores of Cortex and two cores of Cortex A76. It includes ARM Mali-G76 graphics. It supports up to 10 GB of LPDDRX RAM and up to 64-megapixel camera sensor.
