Honor 20S Official Renders show off 3 Different Hues

Honor will be holding a launch event on September 4th where they will be taking the wrap off their latest Honor 20S mid-ranger smartphone.

To hype up our anticipation, the Chinese smartphone maker has released a couple of renders showing off the Honor 20S in three different colors including White, Black and Blue.

Honor 20S Render

From the renders, it is obvious that the Honor 20S shares the same design language as the current Honor 20 smartphone except for the absence of a dedicated macro camera.

According to reports out of China, the Honor 20S is believed to be the Honor YAL-AL50 / TL50 smartphones which were recently certified by the Chinese TENAA authority.

If that’s the case, then we could expect the device to come with a 6.26-inch display with 1080 x 2340 pixels screen resolution. Similarly, the device is likely to be powered by a Kirin 980 SoC under the hood, along with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB onboard storage in it’s memory compartment.

There will be a triple-camera setup on it’s rear chassis which comprises of a 48 megapixels main snapper, an 8 megapixels ultrawide angle lens as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor or macro camera. On the front panel, you can also find a 32 megapixels camera for selfie and video calling purposes.

Fueling the device will be none other than a 3,650mAh non-removable battery which is said to support up to 20W fast-charging.

Right now, the design of it’s front panel remains a mystery. Let’s see if Honor will continue to deploy a hole-punch design or perhaps opt for a conventional waterdrop notch for it’s selfie camera
