Over the weekend, Huawei had teased the arrival of Huawei Nova 5z smartphone. Now, the smartphone has gone official since it has been listed on Vmall with its entire specs. The official page of the phone is also available on the official website of Huawei China. The handset has arrived with a starting price of 1,599 Yuan ($226).
Huawei Nova 5z Specifications and Features
The Huawei Nova 5z is a new addition to the Nova 5 series family that includes phones like Nova 5, Nova 5 Pro, Nova 5T, Nova 5i and Nova 5i Pro. The handset features a 6.26-inch IPS LCD display with punch that carries support for full HD+ resolution. The rear side of the phone features a 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel (wide-angle) + 2-megapixel (macro) + 2-megapixel (depth) quad camera system. The punch-hole of the phone is fitted with a front camera of 32-megapixel.
The Kirin 810 chipset powers the Huawei Nova 5z smartphone with 6 GB of RAM. It can be bought in storage editions such as 64 GB and 128 GB. It features a nanoSD card slot. The EMUI 9.1.1 based Android 9 Pie OS run on the device. It houses a 4,000mAh battery with up to 20W rapid charging support. The other features of the Nova 5z are rear-facing fingerprint reader, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB-C and 3.5mm audio jack.
