Vivo Z5i with Snapdragon 675, 8 GB RAM, Launched for 1,798 Yuan ($255)

Vivo Z5i is the latest Vivo smartphone to go official in China. The newly unveiled Vivo Z5i has identical specs as the Vivo U3 phone. Also, they have the same model number of Vivo V1941A/T. The only major difference both phones is that the Vivo Z5i comes with more amount of RAM and internal storage than the Vivo U3.

Vivo Z5i Specifications and Features

The Vivo Z5i has a 6.53-inch IPS LC display with a waterdrop notch. It offers full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The Snapdragon 675 mobile platform is fueled by the smartphone. The device is equipped with 8 GB of RAM and it has an internal storage of 128 GB. There is a microSD card on the device for additional storage.

For capturing selfies, it has a front-facing camera of 16-megapixel. There is a 16-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera setup on the backside of the device. The phone is packed with a 5,000mAh battery that carries support for 18W fast charging. The FunTouch OS 9.2 UI based Android 9 Pie OS runs on the device. It features a rear-mounted fingerprint reader and it also features face recognition.

Vivo Z5i Price and Availability

The Vivo Z5i carries a price tag of 1,798 Yuan ($255). Its color variants are Glazed Black and Jade Blue. The Z5i is now up for pre-orders and it will go sale for the first time on Nov. 28.

The 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage editions of the Vivo U3 are respectively priced at 999 Yuan ($142) and 1,199 Yuan ($170).
