A new Realme phone that has a model number of RMX2051 has been approved by theCCMIIT in China. Since it is a 5G phone, it is being believed that it is the upcoming Realme X50 5G smartphone. The Realme X50 5G is expected to break cover on Jan. 5.
In the recent past, Realme Product Director had claimed that the Realme X50 5G supports several mainstream 5G frequency bands that have been commercialized or will be commercialized in China. It includes bands such as N1, N41, N78 and N79. It indicates that the phone will support 5G connectivity through all three major cellular operators of china. The CMIIT certification reveals support for 5G on Realme RMX2051.
Rumors have it that the Realme X50 5G will be equipped with a 6.6-inch LCD display with dual punch-holes. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 765G processor that will bring support for dual-mode 5G connectivity. For photography, it may come equipped with 64-megapixel quad cameras. It remains to be seen whether the company uses a Sony IMX686 lens as the primary shooter. It is expected to arrive with support for 30W VOOC 4.0 Flash Charge technology. It appears that the Realme X50 5G will be a close rival for the Redmi K30 5G phone.
