iQOO Neo3 5G confirmed to launch on April 23rd; will feature 144Hz screen refresh rate

Vivo has recently hinted that the iQOO Neo3 5G will be announced on April 23rd. Today, the company has finally confirmed on the aforementioned launch date via its Chinese Weibo handle.

Besides announcing its official launch date, Vivo has also shed some lights on some of the iQOO Neo3 5G key specifications. As expected, the device will maintain the same Snapdragon 865 SoC which will bring both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) 5G support to the device. It will also utilize the latest UFS 3.1 flash storage technology under the hood.

This time round, the iQOO Neo3 5G will see a significant bump to its screen refresh rate. Unlike the iQOO 3 5G which has a underwhelming 60Hz screen refresh rate, the iQOO Neo3 5G will be featuring a buttery-smooth 144Hz refresh rate for its front display. This will put it ahead of the Black Shark 3 Pro which only has a screen refresh rate of 90Hz.

Besides that, we can expect the iQOO Neo3 5G to come with other gaming-centric features including a high touch sampling rate, dedicated cooling system, fast-charging support and many more.
