Samsung is reportedly working on the Galaxy M51 mid-range smartphone. Early reports had revealed that the South Korean company began with the production of the smartphone in Indi at the beginning of this year. New reports revealed that the model number of the device is SM-M515F. The handset has appeared today on Geekbench 5 benchmarks through which some of its key details have appeared.

The Geekbench 5 listing reveals that the SM-M515F smartphone is powered by sm6150 Snapdragon octa-core processor that has a base frequency of 1.80GHz. The sm6150 model number belongs to the Snapdragon 675 mobile platform from last year. The South Korean company had used the same processor to power the Galaxy M40 which was the most powerful M-series phone last year.

The Galaxy M51’s Geekbench 5 listing further states that it has 8 GB of RAM and it is loaded with Android 10 OS. In the single-core and multi-core tests of Geekbench 5, the handset scored 545 and 1775, respectively.
