Past reports have revealed that the model number L79031 belongs to the upcoming Lenovo Legion gaming smartphone. Lenovo has been teasing on the arrival of its gaming phone since December last year, but it has not yet confirmed its launch date. The only thing that is known about its arrival is that it is scheduled to go official this month. Ahead of the launch, the Lenovo L79031 smartphone has appeared on AnTuTu benchmarks with key specs.
As can be seen in the image, the Lenovo Legion gaming phone is powered by the Snapdragon 865 mobile platform. The SoC that is believed to be an enhanced version of the Snapdragon 865 SoC is yet to go official. The SD865+ includes one 3.09GHz Kryo 585 Prime CPU, three 2.42GHz Kryo 585 Gold CPU cores and four 1.84GHz Kryo 585 Silver CPU. The SoC tags along Adreno 650 graphics.
The variant of the phone that’s got benchmarked on AnTuTu has 16 GB of RAM and an internal storage of 512 GB. AnTuTu reveals that the phone is equipped with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
The display of the Lenovo Legion gaming phone supports 1080 x 2340 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The screen is likely to carry support for up to 144Hz refresh rate.
In the CPU, GPU, memory, and UX tests of AnTuTu, the Lenovo Legion gaming phone scored 187,401, 246,980, 114,314, and 100,176. It recorded an average benchmarking score of 648,871.
One of the most hyped features of the Lenovo Legion gaming phone is that it will be arriving with 90W fast charging support. The device could be backed by a 4,000mAh battery. It has a side pop-up selfie camera 20-megapixel and a 64-megapixel + 16-megapixel dual-camera system.
