Huawei Nova 7 SE’s New Edition to Come with Dimensity 800U; Could be CND-AN00 TENAA Certified Phone

Earlier this year, Huawei launched the Huawei Nova 7 SE smartphone. A fresh leak by Digital Chat Station reveals that Huawei is working on a new edition of the Nova 7 SE. The leak states that the Nova 7 SE’s Kirin chipset will be swapped with a Dimensity SoC.

The tipster said that the new edition of the Huawei Nova 7 SE will soon hit the market. There will not be any change in the dimensions, screen size, and cameras of the new version. However, the major change that will be seen on the device is the inclusion of a new chipset. The original Nova 7 SE featured the Kirin 820 chipset and its new version will come with Dimensity 800U.

It appears that the Nova 7 SE’s new version has already surfaced in the database of TEsNAA with preliminary specs. There is a new Huawei phone with model number CND-AN00 in TENAA’s database. Its dimensions are 162.31 x 75x 8.58mm and it has a 6.5-inch display. The device is backed with a 3,900mAh rated battery (4,000mAh typical value). The 3C certification of the phone has revealed that it may ship with a 40W charger.

In comparison to the CND-AN00 phone, the Nova 7 SE measures 162.3 x 75 x 8.6mm and it also features a 6.5-inch display. The device is also backed by a 4,000mAh battery. Hence, it appears that CND-AN00 is the model number of the Nova 7 SE’s new edition.

The Nova 7 SE has up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of internal storage. It has a front camera of 16-megapixel and a 64-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel +2-megapixel quad camera system.
