Even though the OPPO F17 series was only announced a couple of weeks back, but a new report out of India suggested that the company will soon be bringing in an all-new F21 smartphone series.
Although the specific date for the launch isn’t revealed, but the publisher do noted that OPPO F21 series will be launching in India before the Diwali festival, which means it will be launched before November 14th.
At current stage, nothing much is known about its official specs. However, it is said that the OPPO F21 Pro will be even sleeker than the current F17 Pro. That’s something interesting keeping in mind that the F17 Pro already has an ultra-slim chassis which measures just 7.5mm in thickness. Other than that, we can also expect the device to come with a glass-finish at the back as well.
As a quick recap, the current F17 Pro features a 6.43-inches Super AMOLED display with FHD+ screen resolution and a standard 60Hz refresh rate. It has a dual hole-punch cutout on the upper-left corner which houses a pair of 16 megapixels main camera and a 2 megapixels depth sensor.
Under the hood, the OPPO F17 Pro is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P95 SoC coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage in its memory department.
Over at the back, the OPPO F17 Pro flaunts a sqaurish camera housing that boasts a quad camera system comprising of a 48 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens, as well as a pair of 2 megapixels monochromatic sensors.
To keep its light on, there will be a respectable 4,000mAh battery at the helm which carries support for 30W VOOC 4.0 fast-charging. The device will be shipped with the latest ColorOS 7.2 based on Android 10.
