Last week, Huawei announced the highly anticipated Huawei Mate 40 series for global markets. It is speculated that the company’s next smartphones will be from the Huawei Nova 8 series. The Nova 8 lineup may go official either in November or December. Well ahead of the announcement, a reliable tipster from China has shared the specs sheet of the Huawei Nova 8 SE.
Huawei Nova 8 SE Specifications (Rumored)
Rumors have it that the Nova 8 SE will be the base model in the Nova 8 family, which will include more powerful devices like Nova 8 and Nova 8 Pro. The new leak reveals that the Nova 8 SE will be featuring a 6.53-inch OLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate.
At the front, the Nova 8 SE is expected to feature a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The backside of the phone has a quad-camera system that is said to include a 64-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel second camera, and a pair of 2-megapixel sensors.
As per the leak, the Nova 8 SE will be available in chipset variants. The starting model will be equipped with the Dimensity 720 chipset and the higher edition will house the Dimensity 800U chipset.
The handset will draw power from a 3,800mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. The thickness of the device is 7.46mm and it weighs 178 grams. The leak has no information on the pricing of the Nova 8 SE.
