Huawei Nova 8 Series to Debut in November, Claims Tipster

Huawei will be announcing the highly anticipated Huawei Mate 40 series of flagship phones later this month. Next in line will be the Nova 8 series. According to a tipster, the Chinese manufacturer will be announcing the Nova 8 lineup in November.

Huawei Nova 8 November arrival leak

The tipster who is known for his leaks related to upcoming Huawei phones has only mentioned November arrival for the Nova 8 series and he did not shared information on the specs. However, past reports have revealed that the Nova 8 lineup will include at least three device such as the Nova 8 SE, Nova 8, and Nova 8 Pro.

The Nova 8 SE is speculated to be the starting model in the Nova 8 lineup. It could be powered by the Dimensity 800 chipset and its 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage edition could be priced at 2,799 Yuan ($418).

The Huawei Nova 8 could be driven by the Dimensity 820 and it could be equipped with an OLED panel that supports a refresh rate of 90Hz. The device could be priced in China at 3,299 Yuan ($492).

The highest model in the series could be the Nova 8 Pro. Recently seen leaked shots revealed that it could be sporting a curved edge OLED display with a pills-shaped punch-hole cutout. Hence, it could be sporting two front-mounted cameras. The display may support 120Hz refresh rate and the phone could be fueled by the Dimensity 1000+ chipset. It could be priced at 3,999 Yuan ($596).

Speaking of the Nova models, Huawei has recently launched the Nova 7 SE 5G Vitality Edition phone in China. It is the same Nova 7 SE phone that debuted earlier this year in the home market. The only major difference between the two phones is that the new phone features the Dimensity 800U chip instead of the Kirin 820.
