Last week, the Xiaomi Mi 11 became the first smartphone in the world to debut with the latest Snapdragon 888 chipset. Right now, the device also dethrones the Huawei Mate 40 Pro+ to become the best-performing Android flagship phone on AnTuTu with a staggering score of 708,425 points.
The impressive score achieved by the Xiaomi Mi 11 boils down to its upgraded LPDDR5 RAM clocked at 3200MHz. On top of that, AnTuTu also noted that its data transmission rate of 6400Mbps is currently the highest among all smartphones in the market. This allows the device to outperform in the memory department.
Next, the advanced technologies used in the Xiaomi Mi 11’s front display also contribute to its exceptional UX (User Interface) score. As a recap, the device boasts a 6.81-inches 2K AMOLED display that comes with a buttery-smooth 120Hz refresh rate and 10-bits color depth which is certain to deliver an ultra-immersive graphical experience for its users.
Needless to say, the main contributing factors to its high overall score are still the underlying Snapdragon 888 chipset and its Adreno 660 GPU which scores more than 190,000 points in terms of CPU performance and more than 300,000 points in terms of 3D graphical performance.
So far, the Xiaomi Mi 11 has been selling like hot cakes in the Chinese market. During its debut sale, more than 350,000 units of the Mi 11 were sold within the first 5 minutes. Among the Xiaomi Mi 11 smartphones sold, more than 20,000 units were the standard editions sold without a bundled charger.
Currently, there are also rumors that Xiaomi is gearing up a higher-end model known as the Mi 11 Pro which will be launched after the Lunar New Year in February.
