Realme has gradually started teasing the Narzo 30 series in India. Last week, it did a survey to let Realme fans decide on a retail box design for the upcoming Narzo 30 series. Today, Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth shared the following image to confirm its retail package design. According to a new report by My Smart Price, the Narzo 30 lineup will go official between Feb. 21 and Feb. 28 in India.
With the Realme Narzo 20 series from last year, the company brought 65W fast charging support under Rs 15,000 ($206) pricing. Hence, the company is expected to offer Narzo 30 series with one or two major features at affordable prices.
The publication has learned through industry sources that one of the Narzo 30 series will carry support for 5G connectivity. If rumors are to be believed, the Narzo 30 Pro model could arrive as the cheapest 5G smartphone in India. At present, the recently unveiled Realme X7 5G is the most affordable 5G phone in India with a price tag of Rs 19,999 ($275).
China’s TENAA certification platform recently approved a Realme phone with RMX3161 model number. While its moniker for China is not known yet, it is speculated to land as the Narzo 30 Pro handset in India.
The TENAA listing revealed that the device has a 6.5-inch display with punch-hole design. It is backed by a 4,880mAh battery and it boots to Android 11 OS. It seems to feature a quad camera system on its back. However, the details of its camera sensors are not known yet.
