HTC Wildfire E3 launched with MediaTek Helio P22 SoC & 13MP Quad Cameras

HTC has quietly announced a new entry-level smartphone in the Russian market known as the HTC Wildfire E3. On paper, this device comes with several notable improvements over last year’s HTC Wildfire E2.

Starting with the front, the HTC Wildfire E3 features a 6.51” IPS LCD display which offers a HD+ screen resolution and has a dewdrop-notch that houses a 13 megapixels selfie camera which is a decent upgrade over the 8 megapixels front-facing camera on the Wildfire E2.

Over on its rear side, there’s a quad-camera system consisting of a 13 megapixels primary shooter, 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera, as well as a pair of 2 megapixels sensors for macro and depth information. On top of that, you can find a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner as well.

Under the hood, the HTC Wildfire E3 is powered by the same MediaTek Helio P22 chipset just like its predecessor. It’ll be paired with 4GB RAM and up to 128GB onboard storage which can be further expanded via a microSD card.

The device is backed by a respectable 4,000mAh battery which is capable of supporting long hours of usage on the go. It will be shipped with Android 10 OS out of the box and also features a 3.5mm headphone jack.

For those who’re interested, the HTC Wildfire E3 is available in both Blue and Black colorways.
