Earlier today, a pair of upcoming OPPO smartphones bearing the model numbers PEPM00 and PENM00 were spotted on TENAA’s database along with their official images. These devices, according to reports, are likely to be the upcoming OPPO Reno6 Pro and Reno6 Pro+ respectively.
Now, the OPPO Reno6 Pro also allegedly appeared on AuTuTu with a pretty impressive score of 713,731 points. According to AnTuTu, the Reno6 Pro is likely to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 1200 chipset based on the score it achieved on the benchmarking platform.
Along with the Reno6 Pro, OPPO is also expected to launch the vanilla OPPO Reno5 and a higher-end OPPO Reno6 Pro+. While the Reno6 Pro+ is expected to be shipped with a Snapdragon 870 chipset, there still isn’t any concrete information pertaining to the underlying chip that powers the OPPO Reno5.
If nothing goes wrong, the OPPO Reno6 series could debut in the Chinese market on May 22nd later this month. Similarly, we don’t expect it’s global launch to be far away since the devices had already been certified by several regulatory bodies including EEC and Malaysia’s SRIM.
