Vivo has launched a new budget-friendly smartphone in the Thai market known as the Vivo Y12A. Based on it’s specs and design, this device is pretty similar to the Vivo Y12s 2021 which was launched in Vietnam earlier this year.
Starting with the front, the Vivo Y12A sports a 6.51” IPS LCD display that offers a decent HD+ screen resolution as well as an 8 megapixels selfie camera housed within it’s dewdrop-notch.
Around the rear side of the phone, the phone sports a rectangular camera housing which is home to a dual-camera setup that includes a 13 megapixels main camera and a 2 megapixels auxiliary camera.
Under the hood, the Vivo Y12A is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 439 chipset that’s paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card.
The drevice draws power from a massive 5,000mAh battery with 10W standard charging speed. Finally, it also features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and 3.5mm headphone jack. For those who’re interested, the Vivo Y12A is priced at 4,499 Baht (US$143) for it’s 3GB+32GB variant in the Thai market.
