Recently, OPPO had already launched several notable smartphones in the Chinese market including the Reno6 series as well as the OPPO K9 devices. However, a new rumor out of China has now suggested that the company is currently prepping yet another mid-ranger phone that’s powered by a Snapdragon 768G chipset.
Although the actual marketing name of the phone wasn’t mentioned by the source, but he did revealed quite a bit with respect to it’s specifications. Upfront, this device is tipped to feature a 6.43” Samsung E1 Pro AMOLED display that offers a buttery-smooth 120Hz screen refresh rate.
In the camera department, the device is expected to sport a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 64 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens, as well as a 2 megapixels macro camera. This will be rounded out by a 32 megapixels front-facing camera for selfie and video-calling purposes.
To keep it’s lights on, the device is said to be equipped with a respectable 4,500mAh battery with 50W fast-charging support. Interesting, all these specs seem to coincide with what we saw on the OPPO K9, except for some minor changes here and there. As such, we wouldn’t be surprised if the phone is launched under OPPO’s K9 series branding eventually.
