Over the past couple of months, Xiaomi had already launched quite a number of Redmi Note 10 series smartphones with Redmi Note 10T 4G and Note 10T 5G being among the latest models which were announced by the company last month.
Right now, the company has went ahead to launch yet another Redmi Note 10 series smartphone, known as the Redmi Note 10 JE in the Japanese market which shares a rather similar specs sheet as the Redmi Note 10 5G (Review), except for it’s underlying chipset.
For starter, the Redmi Note 10 JE features a 6.5” LCD display that brings you a sharp FHD+ screen resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, as well as an 8 megapixels front-facing camera housed within it’s central hole-punch cutout. Interestingly, the phone does have IP68 rating for water and dust resistance as well.
In the camera department, the Redmi Note 10 JE boasts a triple-cam setup at the back consisting of a 48 megapixels main camera, 2 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 480 chipset which is paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card.
To keep it’s light on, the phone draws power from a 4,800mAh battery which carries support for 18W fast-charging. Other than that, it also brings along a 3.5mm headphone jack, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, as well as NFC connectivity.
In the Japanese market, the Redmi Note 10 JE is available in both Graphite Grey and Chrome Silver colorways, and is priced at 28,765 Yen (US$262) for it’s sole 4GB+64GB model.
