Realme C25Y debuts with Unisoc T610 chipset

Realme has officially unveiled a brand new Realme C25Y smartphone which is targeted towards the budget segment of the market. This device will be first available in India, where the phone carries an affordable launch price of just INR11,999 (US$163).

Starting with the front, the Realme C25Y features a 6.5” IPS LCD display that offers a HD+ screen resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, 420 nits peak brightness, as well as an 8 megapixels front-facing camera for selfie and video-calling purposes.

Realme C25Y Metal Grey

In the imaging department, the Realme C25Y relies on a triple-camera setup at the back which consists of a 50 megapixels main camera, 2 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels monochrome lens.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T610 chipset which is paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage which can be further expanded via a microSD card.

To keep it’s lights on, the Realme C25Y draws power from a massive 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support. Other than that, the phone also comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, 3.5mm headphone jack, and is shipped with Android 11 out of the box.
