Vivo announced the Vivo T1 and T1x smartphones in China last year. The company recently confirmed that India will be the first country to receive a T-lineup handset outside China. Recent reports have claimed that the Vivo T1 heading to India will not be the same model that was released in China. A tipster from India has shared the major specs of the T1 to reveal what we can expect from it.
Vivo T1 Specifications (Rumored)
The official teasers have revealed that the Vivo T1 has a waterdrop notch display. The new leak claims that it is fitted with a 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD display. The handset is expected to offer an enhanced gaming experience as it carries support for a 120Hz refresh rate.
Present under the hood of the Vivo T1 is the 5G-enabled Snapdragon 695 mobile platform. The device will be coming in multiple LPDDR4x RAM variants such as 4 G8, 6 GB, and 8 GB RAM. It seems that these three variants will be equipped with 128 GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
The T1 will have a 5,000mAh battery to keep the lights on. It is likely to come with support for 18W charging. Other than that, it’s also said to feature a 16-megapixel camera on the front and a 50-megapixel (main) + 2-megapixel (depth) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera unit on the rear. The handset may offer other features like a side-mounted fingerprint reader, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a slim design.
Vivo T1 Pricing (Rumored)
The tipster has not mentioned the pricing of the Vivo T1. However, the Chinese manufacturer has confirmed that it will be priced under Rs 20,000 (~$267). At present, it is unclear which other markets will be receiving the T1 handset.
