Here’s what we can expect from the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G

We’d already heard about the existence of the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G smartphone for quite some time, and had even seen it’s official images via a recent leak as well as it’s official TENAA listing.

Now, real life images of the phone had even made it’s way to social media platform Twitter, revealing the actual design of the phone which corroborates on what we’d seen previously – including an Infinity-O display upfront and a rectangular-shaped camera island at the back.

Based on what we’d learned so far, the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G is expected to feature a 6.5” Super AMOLED display that offers a FHD+ screen resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It’s also expected to feature a 32 megapixels front-facing camera to help with selfie and video calls.

Coming to the imaging front, the four cameras at the back are expected to include a 64 megapixels main camera, 12 megapixels ultra-wide unit, as well as a pair of 5 megapixels cameras for macro and depth information.

Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G could be the first Samsung smartphone to be equipped with the new Exynos 1200 chipset which will be paired with at least 6GB RAM and 128GB built-in storage that can be further expanded by up to 1TB via a microSD card.

To keep it’s lights on, the Galaxy A53 5G is expected to be backed by a 5,000mAh battery which carries support for 25W fast-charging. As usual, the phone is likely to be shipped with Samsung’s custom One UI based on Android 12 OS out of the box.
