The OPPO Reno8 series was first announced in the Chinese market on May 23rd last month. Now, a new report from Indian publisher MySmartPrice has claimed that the much anticipated smartphone series has been scheduled for a global launch on July 18th, with India being the first destination outside of China.
Just like last year’s OPPO Reno7 series smartphones, the new Reno8 series smartphones are launched in several variants including the Reno8, Reno8 Pro, Reno8 Pro+, as well as Reno8 Pro+. While the former two are expected to be widely available across the global markets, the more expensive Reno8 Pro+ and the most affordable Reno8 Lite are likely to be available only in select markets.
The highlights of this year’s OPPO Reno8 series smartphones not only include a whole new design language, but also the adoption of the latest chipset and imaging solutions which set the phones apart from their predecessor. As such, they are likely to remain as some of the top choices for consumers who’re looking for a competent mid-range model in the market.
