Realme has started teasing the arrival of the Realme 10 series of smartphones. A couple of Realme phones with model numbers RMX3663, RMX3687, and RMX3615 were certified by the 3C and TENAA regulatory bodies in China recently. These devices were found to be packed with mid-range specs. But a new leak on Weibo shows that the line-up will include a device with a Snapdragon 8-series chipset.
According to tipster WHYLAB, the standard edition of the Realme 10 will have the Dimensity 1080 chip onboard. The Realme 10 Pro, on the other hand, will be a flagship device featuring the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1.
The leak further states that the Realme 10 Pro will feature a 6.7-inch OLED display supplied by BOE. The display will have curved edges and will have support for a Full HD+ resolution of 2412 x 1080 pixels, 10-bit colors, and native 2160Hz PWM high-frequency dimming.
The device will have an impressive screen-to-body ratio because its chin is expected to be only 2.3mm thick. Shown above is a teaser image released by the brand. As can be seen, it teases a phone with a curved edge display.
In related news, the company will be launching the Realme 10 4G on Nov. 9 in Indonesia and around the same time in other markets. The device is already listed on the Realme Indonesia website with all its important specifications. The Helio G99-powered Realme 10 will arrive just in time for the upcoming Nov. 11 (Double 11 – Singles’ Day) shopping festival. It appears that Realme China may also unveil the Realme 10 series in China to make the most of the 11.11 sale.
