On Feb. 1, Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, and S23 Ultra flagship phones globally. The specifications of the vanilla and Plus editions have surfaced in a new report by Winfuture.de. Read on to learn what to expect from the S23 and S23+.
Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus Specifications (Rumored)
According to the report, the Galaxy S23 and S23+ will have a Dynamic AMOLED 2x FHD+ screen and 48Hz-120Hz refresh rate. The vanilla model has a 6.1-inch display, whereas the S23+ has a 6.6-inch screen. Both will arrive with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 will power both phones with 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM. The vanilla model will offer 128 GB / 256 GB of storage, whereas the Plus edition will come in 256 GB / 512 GB storage variants.
The Galaxy S23 and S23+ will run on Android 13 OS and One UI 5.0. The former will have a 3,900mAh battery with 25W charging, while the Plus variant will pack a 4,700mAh battery with 45W charging. Both models will offer 10W wireless charging.
For selfies, the Galaxy S23 duo will feature a 12-megapixel front camera. A 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support will be available on the back of the device. It will arrive with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
The Galaxy S23 and S23+ will come with other features like an IP68-rated chassis, dual speakers, dual SIM, eSIM, NFC, GPS, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.3. Both devices are going to arrive in black, cotton (white), green, and purple. The report has no information on the price of the S23 and S23+.
