The Realme Marketing Director for China, who goes by the Weibo handle Chuchu_Jessie on Weibo, recently released a poster to confirm that the Realme 11 series will launch in May. The Realme 11 Pro series is expected to offer a better photography experience since it will come equipped with a new circular camera. In addition, the Realme 11 Pro and 11 Pro+ are said to arrive with a 108-megapixel and a 200-megapixel primary camera, respectively. Today, the same Realme executive released a new teaser on Weibo. The image suggests that the Realme 11 Pro+ could be equipped with a telephoto camera.
As can be seen, in the machine translation of the latest Weibo post by Jessie, she has been looking for a mobile phone that can take pictures of the moon, and finally, her wish has come true. The post includes a Realme 11 series hashtag and a moon shot.
The Realme 11 series’ non-Pro models are unlikely to capture moon shots. The Realme 11 Pro is said to be equipped with a 108-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL S5KHM6 primary camera and a 2-megapixel macro / depth camera.
The Realme 11 Pro+ is said to have a 200-megapixel (Samsung ISOCELL S5KHP3) + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel (macro/depth) triple camera unit. Previously, the 8-megapixel snapper was thought to have an ultra-wide lens. However, it now appears that it could be a telephoto or even a periscope zoom lens.
Shown above are the TENAA images of the Realme 11 Pro, which has the RMX3770 model number. The images of the Realme 11 Pro+ (model number RMX3740) haven’t yet appeared in TENAA’s database. Hopefully, upcoming teasers are expected to reveal more details about the Realme 11 series for the Chinese market.
